QAD Mil Tac assemblies provide reliable fibre connectivity in rapidly changing and demanding environments. They are built on Mil Tac, a rugged non-metallic tactical field cable with colour-coded tight-buffered fibres in a helically stranded core, aramid yarn strength members and a halogen-free PUR sheath.
Assemblies are supplied on deploy reels with secure, field-ready connectors, for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent network deployments, in vehicles, shelters and outdoors.
Choose 2 or 4 core, singlemode or multimode, the length, the connectors at each end and the reel size. Custom breakout configurations and connector combinations are available to suit your network.
Temporary communication networks, defence and security infrastructure, broadcast and media, events and outside broadcast, emergency communications, military and tactical networks, field communications and industrial networks.
Assemblies are factory terminated and tested, ready for deployment. The full cable specification is in the datasheet.
We build to order for businesses and individual customers, from a single assembly upwards. Trade partners can have assemblies labelled to their own scheme.

An extremely rugged, lightweight non-metallic deployable fibre cable developed by QAD Networks.
Rugged fibre patch leads made from Mil Tac and Mini Mil Tac cable, with standard or IP68 harsh-environment connectors.
A rack-mount bulkhead panel fitted with IP-PLUS fibre chassis connectors, each with a tethered dust cap.
We'll quote against it, whether for one assembly or a thousand. Got a special requirement? Ask us. We can probably make it.
